Talk about the body and the brain and how it all works together. Based on science
Explain how all the glitter is like our brain when it is busy. Take the time to let things settle and calm down. Some thought and feelings are bigger than others.
Being mindful with out chocolate, what does it look like, sound like when we are eating it, what does it sound like. Mindfulness is a really good way of learning to pay attention. Good idea to use Jaffa, look at the changes in colours. Have a moment on how we appreciate our food.
